PAYMENT

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover), PayPal online payments, and USPS (Post Office) Money Orders.

We do not accept checks of any type.

All prices are in USD.

If you elect to mail your payment, include a printed copy of our Order Acknowledgment email. Please allow extra time (up to 4 weeks, possibly longer if we are traveling) to complete your order. Your order will be processed after payment in full has been received.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments unless other arrangements are made in advance.

USPS Ground Advantage (First Class Mail) is our standard shipping method.

Orders weighing 16 ounces or more will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers are provided with our Shipping Notification email.

Expedited orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail (2-3 days NOT guaranteed) or Express Mail (overnight to two days) for an additional fee.
For International orders, we provide only proof of shipment and cannot be responsible for delivery. International orders are mailed using USPS First Class Package International.
For International orders, USPS Ground Advantage (First Class Mail) is the preferred shipping method to locations outside of the USA including USA possessions. International shipping quotes are provided with your personalized order acknowledgment.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders or if We are traveling, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will generally inform you of the approximate time to shipping within our Order Acknowledgement message sent by email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: USPS
    Shipment cost: Shown on your order at checkout
    Estimated transit time: 3-5 business days depending our Your location & USPS loads.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The SIgnman ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The SignMan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

The SignMan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
